Visit the beach! “summer in february” returns at eastern hills mall!
WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. – Experience the thrill of summer fun in the middle of winter! Eastern Hills Mall is pleased to announce the return of “Summer in February” – our signature Beach Event!
“Summer in February”, now in its 9th year, is an incredible 9-day event scheduled in conjunction with the area schools’ mid-winter break beginning Saturday, February 18th through Sunday, February 26th. The beach is open daily, Monday through Saturday from 11am-7pm and Sunday from 12-5pm.
This unique family oriented community event puts a positive spin on the poor weather conditions of the Buffalo area’s winter season and brings a touch of warmth, fun and entertainment for families.
Children 12 and under can enjoy playing with sand in a beach like setting. Sand toys, pails and shovels are provided or bring your own to play in the sand. The beach is in a perfect location in the Food Court near Sears so families can enjoy lunch, dinner or just a snack
before or after playing at the beach.
Seating is provided in and around the beach area where parents can watch their children comfortably.
